Setup, leading and handover a department (e.g. construction department) to fellow local head- including coaching of new position holder
Following tasks are typically needed to setup a department within large corporation abroad:
– HR-area: job profiles for all team member, skill development plans and outline long-term career development path in cooperation with HR department
– QM-area: standards and documentations for department as contribution to overall company certification based on ISO9001, VDA6, ISO14001
– PM-area: concept and execution of team workshops about project management with the goal to develop efficient processes to successful finish upcoming department projects
– technical area: Factory standard specification, functional specification, documentation of as-built-status and data, overview free capacities for expansion and utility usage
– compliance area: setup a data base for existing authority approvals, licenses and development of processes in case of changes relevant to any authority approval
