Long term international experience in leading projects, programs and departments. Main field of work were industrial facilities as greenfield and brownfield.

Working abroad spans from 11 years China till 1 day leading of intensive construction project management workshop. So far, I worked in 9 countries for 18 clients / employers.

Interim Management (internationally better known as “Interim Executive Services”) focus on temporary responsibility for operational and strategic projects or bridging the gap till the start of future permanent position holder. To me, it’s the ultimate freedom to choose the taken responsibility by myself- a precodition to determined work explicitly focused on the current taken challenge.

Basis of this broad scope is my strong educational background- from German engineering degree to an American MBA. In my past career I was lucky enough to tackle a large variety of challenges which let me grow and able to serve projects of very different requirements.

This journey goes on- based on market demand in 2021 I invested in a skill enhancement for turnaround management with the final certificate of “Turnaround & Restructuring Advisory Program” of IfUS-Institute.
