One side effect of my jobs were tasks to act as instructor for project management in different setups.

Concept, detailing and execution of trainings for companies and organizations was great fun for me.

I either use existing company standards or the task starts with developing those standards based on business model.

In the past I led 1-day-workshops as well as long-term development series (several month) of new internal standards or compact 4-days-trainings.

The trainings also consider the special cultural environment, e.g. in China, in Lebanon or Germany and hold in English or German.
